Nope. This place is full of grammar Nazis.
Also using "your" instead of "you're" is just asking for ridicule.

Sometimes. I'm going to start going to the Ashland/Grants Pass games when I can. Too many problems in Gold Hill.

It's more than just them being grammar nazis. How you present yourself determines whether people notice your post and take you seriously. Grammar, word choice, tone of post all tell us something. For most people it's completely sub-conscious, others can articulate why something bothers them.
Bad grammar gives them a reason to pick on you.

Why is it that you guys have to bash me. You guys have not even really gave me a chance come on cut me a little slack here. You know i may be 16 and for one i am not a hot shit and least i am trying to put some effort into this. I have gone to games around here and i have tried to recruit some people into my group but people don't think a 16 year old can't run his own group for some reason but you know you have to give people chances sometimes. For one look at Birds Of Pray he is 17 and he has his own group you guys probably gave him some slack and look at him now he has people in his group now. All i am trying to say here is give me a chance to get stuff together and gather some people and we will see where it goes from there.

Sincerely.

I am not saying i can or can't be a good leader with a 4.0 GPA and perfect attendance. And then why are people say this is promising to me about this group you just have to give people chances on stuff including this you guys should give me a chance to try and run this group and you know if i bomb on it then i will just give up on the whole airsoft thing because it seem you don't get alot of support in this kinda stuff. And to answer your question each Federal Agency has a different program for different age groups i.e. High School Students, undergraduate students, and masters students. And those programs could be paid programs or unpaid programs and the program i am in is called SCEP meaning Student Career Experience Program which is paid and there are other programs out there like STEP meaning Student Temporary Employment Program and much much other. Each Agency has a different program for different people

No one's stopping you from starting a team. People are giving you advice, and just bit of razzing. Take the advice and shrug of the razzing.(till you get to know everyone) This will lead to a much more pleasant stay.

Dude I only have a 3.5 GPA(I'm bad at science), and my grammar is a lot better than yours. Sorry just saying ;)

Dude just relax. If you can't handle this kind of pressure imagine how you will lead your team. You as a team leader must be your teams example, and if you fall apart then so does your team. Your also your teams spokesperson, and if you make an a$$ of yourself then who wants a leader like that. So just relax take a breath, and just rethink your approch.

To me, you don't seem ready for the shit talking of AP. Grow a hard shell and chill out.

Also, another 16 year old trying to make a team isn't anything new, nor special around here.
