He was. He is one of the objectives listed below:

Green got 4 objectives, brown 3.

Although, I thought brown got the Missile Site.

All the objectives got completed... by either Green or Brown.

No Fuse, Brown was supposed to defend the missile site. We will get Green in Sun Down 3 : )
