OK, this one doesn't destroy my eyes the moment I open the link.

Now that I have my weekends back and will actually be able to come out to games, I'd like to join up.

I fully support this concept and I would even volunteer but my schedule at work does not permit me weekend off unless I plan for them more than a month in advance and I can only get three or for weekends a year. Hence my chances of playing airsoft on any given weekend are few and far between. As for the concept though it is a great idea, the only problem I could forsee for you though is that usually hosts only want to hire X amount of admins unless they are fully volunteering for no compensation which as I understand is not the custom(though I apologize if I am wrong). Chances are with only being able to hire a limited number of admins you still could not brute force people into showing integerity. however that being said this is still a wonderful idea and a step in the right direction. As far as the other concept I heard on this thread in regards to "Invite Only" games, I only agree with to an extent. I can't and would not infringe upon anyones rights to have one my only fear with this is that then any good event becomes an exclusive club. If that were to happen then any honorable players who were looking to get into the sport would then have to suffer through years of shitty matches with shitty players just to get the opportunity to play in a match and how many of those honorable players might abandon the sport before that happens. I have started to rant and I had better stop there. I would just like to point out these are only my personal oppinoins and they were not meant with any malicious intent.

Pacman, there are always exceptions to rules.

If anyone would like to join, but you don't meet one of the requirements, send me a PM and we can work something out. I'm looking for dedicated people who want to help better games by providing more admins.

I'm on board as I have already been a regular volunteer/paid admin at a number of events and would like to help things get better. This is a long as it doesn't interfere or detract from my APST team membership. Something needs to change or were going to keep losing the quality players our community needs.

My goal is to have enough people that should some want to participate with their other teams, they can. I'm not trying to monopolize on the experienced players, more of just getting a pool of people who are willing to set down the replicas, and pick up a clipboard.

Pacman was referring to the 2+ years experience rule. I came up with that to prevent a bunch of people with no experience from admining. To be an admin, you need to have lots of experience with the game. You need to understand the ins and outs of how teams interact with each other, and how airsoft works. I know Pacman is qualified to be on this team, and so I extended an invitation to him.
