This forum is for all games and events within the Pacific Northwest. All organizations/promotors are allowed to post events here, calendar posts are also allowed here.

I will only guarantee enough food for those that RSVP. While I know I will have extra, I won't know how much I will want to bring.

So sign up if you want to get fed.


I'll also appreciate the people pre-pay for their food so there is not a mass scramble last minute. I will be over by the AP tent. You can pre-pay there and I will give you a ticket to turn in for a meal plate.

I will be headed out to the field Friday about 1PM

so if anyone else wants to RSVP for the BBQ then please speak up by Noon on 7-8-11 otherwise if you decide on saturday you want to eat, any extras can be purchased before the BBQ at my area which will be right next to the AP tent.

Please remember to pre-pay for this service before the BBQ so that way we are not having to deal with exchanging monies and cooking at the same time. Money is very dirty you know and I don't want to burn shit as well.
