You moved, and this isn't California. Good luck trying to find the population to support a 60K sq ft. indoor arena. Don't quit your day job...

Plenty of folks here would be interested in the playing there, but amount of active players who would attend on a regular basis may not be enough to cover your costs. You'll also have a lot of 12-14 year olds dropped off by the their moms. The idea of a bad a$$ urban warfare milsim facility sounds cool, but the reality of it is you'll be babysitting pre-teens all day for little billy's birthday party. Of course, you are getting mom and dad's money, so that may be worth it to you.

Still, it takes a great deal of regular attendance to make up for your costs if you plan to charge a modest fee for playing. If the fee is too high, that will also hurt your numbers - people don't want to pay too much to play. We have a lot of great places to play around here for free.

weird i've never heard of them before, i asked a few guys from AP about a CQB field they said they all pretty much shut down or the good ones pretty much all did
