Don' think this ha been asked yet. Are there specific sniper spots, or just if you have it bring it?

locals.ID like to be a Cannibal Boyscout master.I have a few Ideas il PM you with.Also i have a +1 for locals hes going to be one of my cannibal boy scouts.

Cannibalism is more of a Raider thing. Eaters get kicked out of functional society and would not be allowed to live or work with the other locals. If you two want to be on your own on the field as an interesting encounter you can do the cannibalism thing, but if you want in on what the rest of the locals are up to you may be out of luck.

I covered that a few pages back. There are no 'sniper' slots. Bolt actions are unrestricted.
