BlackHawk Enhanced Commando Recon Harness

Has anybody had any experience with these?

They seem to be like my other RRV but I'd like to hear how they work before I get one.

Aren't they just an extra wide MPS basically? I've had some minor experience with an MPS and I wasn't all that impressed. The bungees end up in a mess when there's no mags in them. I don't know what you would do with the interior MOLLE space either.

It is the same type of vest, in that it has MOLLE on the front, a panel and a built in row of single STANAG magazine pouches.

The Blackhawk one has cross straps in the back, unless you buy the additional plate carrier backing. Also the blackhawk one has 8 magazine pouches instead of 6.

The Condor one says the pouches are universal and not just Stanag mags, and that could make them bigger and prone to wobble. Also

I like the idea of an RRV, and I like the idea of 8 magazines over the standard 6 that these types of vests have.

Also I have a BDS Tactical RRV and it is designed to be worn over body armor, not being able to tighten completely without some modification.

I've been running one for a number of years now and love it to death. It has held up just fine and doesn't seem to have any real wear to it. Using the back panel add-on also helps the weight and adds your ability to carry more. All around though I love it and despite having several vest & carries to choose from I always seem to grab this one.
