New team in Lakewood

Postby Stray » Mon Mar 21, 2011 9:47 pm

A friend and I have started a new team down in the Lakewood spanaway area. The team is S.T.A.F. We have only been steam for about a week and we have 12 members now.
More once the weather gets better I hope. We practice every weekend. But I'm not sure how to get us ready for events.
We want to start going starting with LOWIII and hopefully if work allows IRENE.
We are looking for more members. But also help. We have a field we use that we want to build bunkers and things like that .
But not Sure what would be best for event training. Or getting sponsors if that's even possible for airsoft. If there is any tips or anything it be greatly apprishiated. Also anyone that would want to come down to play or join be great too.

Cool Deal more people in the South Sound area that play. I would be very interested in linking up and playing. I know a few more people that may be interested as well.

Welcome, good to see more Washington airsofter on here.

Come on over to TAC, where you can find local weekly pickup games around the seattle tacoma area.

We are looking for more players for our team and need some help as well if anyone wants to come out to practices, games or tag along for events let me know. As for the help we need help in finding newer stomping grounds around the area we can build bunkers and what not. Our field is slowly being taken over by young players that destroy the hard work we have done to the field and trash it or cause trouble for the locals. Also the homeless have moved into the bunkers that haven't been completely destroyed yet and they also seem to burn or torch everything we built. Any thoughts or ideas on what we can do so we can continue to play here or know of any other areas to use?

Hey I have an airsoft team in Washington but we really haven't done that much since we have just started out. It would be great if we could plan a date and have a match going. As for your field I have no idea what to tell you since I live farther north than you do in Skagit Valley, but good luck to your situation.

Hey, I too am from the south sound. Anyways, I know of one place here in Lacey(Oly field on TAC) that isn't a bad size, but can be frequented by people walking around and bikers, but depending where you are that isn't much of a problem. There is also some PBs they go out ever once in a while, but don't cause to much harm to the field. I host small skirms there during the summer, and would love to have more people out. Pm if interested on here or TAC.
My father once told me, "Some times all you have is a bullet and a prayer, don't miss."
