Website Suggestion

Postby Adam_J_T » Wed May 11, 2011 4:12 pm

Please don't take this the wrong way, moderators.

Your website is nice and easy to access. I enjoy its relatively simple design and overall lack of Flash elements that would make life hard on my phone, if they were present.

However, there's an issue I keep running into: images don't display correctly in any Chromium-based browser. This means Google Chrome, its beta version, its dev version, and its canary version (Chromium daily builds as well). Both PC and Mac OS X browsers are affected. These images are mostly images from the classifieds, and some (if a small amount) of forum images. Even some on the front page show up as a broken .jpg icon.

If this is an issue you can fix, please do so. It's annoying to have to use Firefox or Safari when I want to go on a different site.

If it's not your fault, disregard this issue. Thanks.

I'm not having any issues viewing any classifieds images or images in the forums with Chrome or Safari here. That's odd. I haven't heard anybody else complain about it. What version do you normally use? Can you paste a link to a classified ad with broken images for example?

I am having problems looking at them on my iMac and macbookpro running Mac OS and Win7 when in chrome and safari. Also I had problems using the recent posts hyperlink thing. It gave me an error log, was fixed before I thought to save it and PM you. I'll tell you the chrome builds when I get home. Thought it was just me.
