1911 silver finish

I am attempting to change my kwa mkIV od green into a silver and black mkIV. Right now My entire gun is black except for the slide. What I did was take a metalic filer and took all of the paint off of the black slide, then I used sand paper and a nail filer to give the slide and awesome shining silver finish.Pictures are here: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2 ... 5936&saved

Can anyone suggest a spray on sealant to protect the paint on the lower part on the gun?
