Hey 'no-go-boom' prop owners - a question

Postby Nox » Wed Apr 06, 2011 8:43 pm

I was wondering what kind of mini- or larger scenario's you guys create around your props?
Do you use movie ideas, story lines from books, or do you make things up on your own to organize your games?
I am in the process of gathering parts for a no-go-boom prop and want to make it a 2 part 'prop', so before it can be utilized it has to be assembled. (detonator prop & main body prop)
I want to make a story idea to suit this thing, but to be honest I'm having trouble coming up with something remotely unique - I don't wanna make it another 'Oh gee, stop it from happening again..gotcha *yawn*' scenarios..I want to add some spice or intrigue and I'd like to get some input if possible.

Would anyone mind chiming in with some input for ideas?
Thanks!

I've used mine in a couple limited "plant/defuse" situations. I'm working on a game that isn't build specifically AROUND it, but it will be an integral part of the scenario.
