Great day of backwoods fighting! The weather turned out better than I expected. Just a few hail storms instead of rain all day. I had a great time!

Thanks to the Admin for a smooth, well run event. Things happened on time, and good job mixing things up in the end with the skirmishes. They added a lot of intense firefights to top off the day.

I would also like to thank everyone out there for the honorable play. As a new operator here in the area, it was great to see everyone calling their hits. It really helps make games more fun and realistic, not to mention less frustrating.

See ya on the battlefield........

I have to compliment one of the hostages (kid in woodland helmet) as he ran pretty fast considering he had his hands tied. though, i feel a little responsible for that as part of my team was watching him and I should have given clearer instructions as how to warn us when he was running. overall I thought it was great, especially when chesty gave 2 of the hostages a gun, I wont forget that for a while.

I apologize for not being there to camp when you thought I was going to. My +1 and I showed up at about 20:00 on Saturday after taking 4 hours to drive down from Washington and another hour to find the field in the dark. We camped out and wondered why nobody else was there. We could see massive amounts of BBs on the ground, and the address on our GPS matched the address of the field, so we knew this was the place. We waited until morning, and when nobody showed up we headed down to where we could get mobile internet. It was only then that we realized our mistake. And even then we couldn't believe it. We had both read the thread. We had planned on going to this. How we ended up there a day late I'll never know.

So now we're going to pretend we were there, had a great time, and didn't completely waste an entire day driving to and from Oregon and sleeping in a car.
I'm a "fair weather" airsofter. I only play in the pouring rain, freezing cold, or broiling heat.

Thanks to everyone who made it out. To my fault only, this game would work a hell of a lot better with more troops and an offset of fighters. All in all I hope everyone had fun. I for sure did.

Thanks to Pacman and Billdo for the admin help. Thanks to julio for babysitting my rugrat half the day. The babysitter bailed at the last minute so I was forced to bring her.

Thanks to everyone for their patience while we adjusted gameplay to make things interesting.g. That vlliage can be a nightmare to assault.

Thanks again to my commanders. Chief, to you for stepping up and taking the reigns, Rex for another FBI lead role, and to Blue for his first every command role.

See you at the next one!!!!!
