Buy Crye combat pants or OpS Direct pants if you want a good knee pad setup.

None of the above?!?

Knee pad inserts rock. Big outer-pad knee pads seem to get in the way and not end up where you need them when you need them. Or you manage to take a knee on the one slippery rock in the area with your smooth knee pad and slide.

Get Crye trousers and Airflex pad inserts. You won't regret it, I love mine so much.

Til I lost a pad at the impression game. I need a new one. :(

I have thought it over, but Crye seems rather spendy and i like the second ones in my links, also the third ones seem to work well, but maybe i will get Crye..

If you are looking for knee pads get the Arc'Teryx ones or the Black Diamond ones..

The BD ones are significantly cheaper.

Does Crye field kneepads Fit into the ACU cut?

Also, crye field pants are really nice, and unless you play hardcore airsoft twice a month, they should hold up for your purpose. They are much cheaper and you can get knee pad inserts. But if you have Crye combats, you'd be the coolest kid on the battlefield!

i owe a pair of the HWI knee and elbow pads they work really well but if you cant get the straps to sit just right before you tighten them the rest of the way the strap gets right behind the knee every time you try to take a knee and its rather uncomfortable. i want to get my marpat RAID converted so i dont have that problem but as a substitute for right now they work fine.

Crye Field pants are more durable than that. Seeing as SOF use them on a daily basis over there.
