thank you to everyone that came out and attended this event or help admin this event. As a collective unit it's all of us that makes these things successful.
I am currently evaluating the camping situation to make it better for everyone. We may start charging $2 per person to camp to offset the cost of having a dumpster placed on site. These things run about $400+ for the size we would need. It's a small price to pay to have the convenience of not having to deal with trash the day after the game. This way people can throw things away and not have to deal with packing it all home with them.
Thank you to the CAG and EDG teams for policing the camping areas. You helped do something for me that I usually end up having to do and was hanging around to see how much I had to clean up.
I am also working on a system for a admin group on AP. The challenge for me is that since I am not on a team, I don't magically have 10 - 15 guys to pull from for admin duties for an event. I have to recruit and need to find a way to make that process better. However several days before the event I did put out a post to get a few more admins and nobody wanted it. I pay and it's decent for the amount of work/time involved.
However for the amount of admin it did work out pretty good for the size of attendees and length of field.
Thank you to Darius and P6 and all chain of command elements for the amount of organization you all employed before and during the event.
and finally, I will take all the positives and negatives from this weekend and evaluate them to work on for the next game. Constantly improving and working on evolving.
There is two more (all weekend) events left for me this year. I have one at Warpaint in August (Resurrection 4 series finale) and a all mission based DEA vs. FARC Columbia Drug Wars sometime late September, early October. Going to be fun times. Then that's it for me until Spring of 2012.

Registration / Chrono Process:
Step 1 - You will turn in your waivers to an admin and be checked off the reservation list.
Step 2 - You will then proceed to the registration table and pay your entry fees and purchase bio ammo or any other items available. A wristband will then be put on your wrist. You will receive a raffle ticket for registering.
Step 3 - You will then proceed to the chrono station, where you will show the admin your wrist band as proof of paid entrance. You will then proceed to chrono your rifles. Any prior zip ties will be removed before we place ours onto your replica.
Step 4 - After event any flakes will be placed on AP NO SHOW LIST

Game Mechanics:
This particular game is designed as a contest between two teams to have a winner awarded via most points earned through money collection via area capture (sector control) and objectives completed. We inject a little bit of milsim elements but in no way is this game considered a "MILSIM EVENT"
Game Synopsis:
After 48 days of fighting the EDG were able to reclaim the mining facility and force the Mehdi to flee the area. However with concerns over the stability of the area and the constant threat of attacks on the island, New Horizon Mining has abandoned their idea of using the island for mining precious gems and will be pulling all personnel and supplies off the island.
The Mehdi have intercepted transmissions about the planned evacuation and plan an attack on the EDG.
Money and supplies are running low for each group. They will need to secure funds and supplies during the course of the battle. Only one Arms Dealer remains from the Socotra Island conflict and he is very eager to sell his goods to the highest bidder.
Reports are surfacing that an undisclosed amount of weapons grade plutonium is missing from the Yemeni government and the Mehdi are possibly in control of it and using it to create dirty bombs to use on the EDG.

Sniper / Spotter Team:
This position is for sniper / spotter 2-MAN team to include:
1 - Bolt action user and 1 - Automatic weapon user.
You perform and function at all times as a pair. If anyone of you at anytime are killed, then you both are dead and will re-spawn together.
*As a sniper/spotter team -You must wear ghillie suits.
Bolt Action Rifle:
This position is for the player that wants to operate as a single operator utilizing a bolt action rifle and DOES NOT OWN or WEAR A GHILLIE
*This class will require a specialized briefing and safety rules demonstration before game begins.
Driver / Vehicle:
This position is for the player that is willing to donate and drive their vehicle with the accompaniment of an Admin "at all times" while observing all MPH and safety rules.
Acceptable type of vehicles would be the following:
APC style vehicle capable of transporting troops and having a semi to fully exposed gunner
Truck with open bed capable of transporting troops and having a semi to fully exposed gunner

Explosive Weapons Specialist:
Specialist that is trained and authorized to use grenade launcher, mortar, trip wire, land mines or claymore platforms. They will be carrying and deploying the use of said devices on or from their person throughout the game.
