Directions to Warpaint Outdoor Park (LOWII event)

Postby Riddick » Fri Feb 18, 2011 12:01 pm

Take exit 260 off of I-5.

Go East on Chemawa Rd.

You will take a left on Indian School Rd.

Indian School Rd will loop back under Chemawa Rd.

You will then take a right through the gate right after you pass under Chemawa Rd.

The left on Indian School Road is just east of the bridge over I-5. It could easily be missed. Just a heads up to people.

I think it could be necessary. Why not be pro-active in helping make sure 280+ players find their way by seperating the directions instead of them missing it in the gigantic game thread?

In my mind it makes you a better host.

Afterall is it really hurting anyone?

All of the bat shit stupid posts that make AP look like an orgy of unprofessional dipshits, and -this- thread is in question?

The more places directions to fields can be posted, the better.

The main thing to be aware of is that the after you get up onto the overpass after exiting the freeway is turn east. As soon as you pass the NB Portland on ramp to the freeway , Indian school road is only about 200 yards on your left. You can actually see warpaint from the top of the overpass. If you get off of the overpass ramps/ see the entrance to Chemewa Indian school, you have gone to far.

I'm not sure you can Google warpaint as I do not think it still has an address. ( This is the old Chemewa campus).
Even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent,
and discerning if he holds his tongue.

Google Indian School Road, and it'll show you exactly where to turn.

I think it's better when game information is all in the same thread. Less confusion that way.

I think this is good. This way people who show up late don't get to claim to have been lost.
