Real-Steel Sights Vs. Airsoft Sights?

I recently lost the rear sight on my KWA sig M226, and I was wondering if real-steel glock sights would fit on my KWA sig M226 PTP. The reason I was wondering, is the airsoft sights are almost the same price as the RS version, and KWA is all out of the rear-sight on their website. Here is the sight that I was looking at:

Real glock sights don't even fit on airsoft glocks. Too loose.

JB Welded some Ameriglo's to mine, though, and that sure as shazaam held.

I'm assuming you can't fit a GLOCK sight on a SIG pistol.

Yeah, derp question, I get it, but i haven't been able to find a set of stock sig sights anywhere.

JB Welded some Ameriglo's to mine, though, and that sure as f**k held.

JB Weld works great on many aspects of airsoft repair, especially when you break a lower receiver
