So, this guy is violating several of the rules here on AP. Specifically, in the basic forum rules, numbers 1 and 3.

1. Illegal activity is NOT tolerated. Do not intentionally or even jokingly talk about committing illegal activity with Airsoft replicas. Doing this will definitely result in you being barred from attending events and banned from using these forums. Also please note that members of Law Enforcement agencies frequent this board.

3. Promotion of websites and services through the Airsoft Pacific forums without express permission from Airsoft Pacific is NOT acceptable. Such posts will be removed without warning. If you want to advertise, see our sponsor/advertiser page.


On the website he is promoting, he violates trademark and trade dress for several manufacturers. This violates rule #1.

Not sure about #3, but I haven't seen him post anything on the sponsor promotions section, and he is clearly referring folks to his for-profit site.

Personally, I'd love to see him shut down on AP, but that's just my $0.02.

I read his posts and he doesn't seem to be doing anything bad...can you explain this; I'm ignorant and don't want to disagree until it is explained to me.

I'm not sure about the first rule exactly but his company or him isn't a sponsor of AP and should not be using AP to sell/ advertise things with out permission
