Yeah my dad has a CYMA Galil that I occasionally use. That and his CYMA SIG550 make me wonder why people hat CYMA/Cybergun so much...

because they tried to root out all other airsoft business from being able to sell in the U.S. They also suck.

CYBERGUN Is not CYMA.

CYMA Is a competing AEG CLONE manufacture located somewhere in china. Not France, which Is where CYBERGUN Is located I believe.

Right so I also have some contention against CYMA. It's highly emotional. I've never owned one, or even used one but it's like the politiciam you hate. You've never met them, but just thinking of them and all the twerps associated with them makes you mad. I feel like they're low quality guns that have increased in price, and maybe quality but i don't know.

Regardless, I want to keep hearing about AEGs people would actually WANT to own..
And Metzger, I have nothing against your observation so please don't take offense. Arguing online is like running in the special olympics. Even if you win, you're still retarded. Btw nothing against mentally handicapped people, and the special olympics are a really great thing. Wow Im full of disclaimers tonight!

I need to learn some more about VFC, seems like real qualiy stuff but I'm not very familiar with their line.

Kudos to Pickles for straightening us out. Can I give kudos? Im a cannon fodder.. I still smell some relation with cybergun, I feel like their names are always rattled off together.

I am fully aware of this. Makes things all the more fun :D

And my understanding from many different sources is that CYMA=Cybergun; could you back up your assertion, Pickles? Forgive me, but it will take more than the word of one person to overturn prior knowledge from multiple sources, AP included.

Classic Army G36K

or

G&G M14

Or, if I really have $1000 to spend, I'd buy two of both.

So here is silent a vid of some dweeb opening his "CYMA/CYBERGUN" Galil...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74eE5CV1xcc
And apparently his mother doesnt allow him to talk in the video because that would compromise his identity.
Please dont actually click on the above link, as the vid is predictably worthless. I hope he doesnt belong to AP..
His youtube comment:
"Cybergun is a French brand which just rebrands airsoft guns from different manufacturers, Cyma actually makes them."
So there, that's all the research I'll do. My newb is showing, cuz I cant seem to keep this thread on topic. Or even active. Haha.

Edit: I take it all back, he opens the gearbox. Most 12 year olds dont do that.

Yeah what's the big appeal in the G36? Im not being sarcastic, I just cant seem to appreciate it.

My first gun was a G36K -.- They're nice because they're not too short for field use but, with the use of the folding stock, they're not too long for CQB stuff (at least the K is; the standard and C versions are too long for CQB and too short for field work, respectively, IMO). The addition of rails puts it, in my opinion, above the M14 in overall usefulness as you can add sights, scopes, foregrips, PEQ boxes, lasers, etc. etc. Plus they look cooler than normal M14's, and come in more lengths.

This is all just my opinion, of course.

Few know the splendid nature of the beast "Vega" because of cost reasons... Worth every penny, every time with the AEG. Mixed reviews with the GBBR market so far, and that makes me sad. I was looking at their block II MK18 before I settled on the gbb I wanted.

$1000 bucks?
I'd spend 300 on a CA and use the remaining 700 to build a real steel AR.

I couldn't justify 1000 dollars on a single BB gun. It just seems wrong.

Under $1,000?

I'd get a Tokyo Marui UZI. I'd replace the barrel with a long tightbore barrel with a barrel extension or fake suppressor. I'd get a large 7v LiPo in a full wood buttstock and a real sling.

Then I'd get a Maruzen UZI pistol with special belt clasp for quickdraw on each side.

KWC or WA Mini UZI in a dropleg.

UZI springer-turned-bolt on the back in a sniper dragbag.

The only thing I want for Christmas is a CA XM177, Santa, I mean Sacred Shooter.

I'd spent hundreds upgrading its hop up and inner barrel. I'd get a Dees 6.01 363mm, a Firefly bucking, a new h nub, a G&P metal hop up, I'd paint the rusting parts with Krylon grey anti rust paint, I'd get 9 G&P metal VN mids, I'd get a G&P black XM177 flash hider for it, I'd get one of those old carry handle optics for it, and then I'd replace the gears with some steel gears, get a couple 7.4v lipos, wire the replica and the lipos to deans.

Then I'd be so very happy.

If Cybergun is rebranding CYMA, then there is no reason to dog on them.

CYMA makes good stuff for the price, the $50 AK made of plastic and metal gearbox that i have lasts longer than most KWA stuff.

Their line of AK models are very good, and there Mp5 series seem just fine.

China clones have stepped it up, even doing non clone guns that are not available (RPK-74, yes, they DID design that gun from scratch based on a real version).

I do not think you guys know what you are talking about. Metzger, i do not really care if you believe it or not, you don't have any sources to cite either, i am just going from what i have read from various other sites while researching for replicas.
