Tentative Agenda

Team Leaders Meeting Agenda
27/Jan/2011

1. Which safety directives would we as team leaders like to see be a standard at all games, including skirmishes. (ie. Do we all implement only AP safety rules and not vary at all, chrono, real steal at airsoft games, waivers)
2. Age limits
3. Leagues (minor/major leagues, voting panel for veterans, qualifications, age limits)
4. What is to be discussed on AP by its teams (Shit talking harassment etc.)
5. Basic Airsoft Training. (how much training should have to be done for new players to promote safety and honor on and off the field.
6. Team recruitment. (How recruitment should be handled, and what steps should a prospected member take in order to join a team) Should this be standard?
7. Bolt Action Rifleman School. (Should graduation be necessary to be able to run a bolt action at a game?)
8. Event Promotions. What steps should promoters take in order to keep games in line with the story. (Right costumes or no play? Level playing field for each side. How to assess the teams talent properly…Should there be a team challenge every quarter so that the best aren’t always playing the worst? How many admin per how many players on the field.
9. Ethical guidelines for players…(3 strikes your out rule?)
10. League Leadership…Designated coaches for each league of players, including veterans.
11. Electronic ID..(Should we implement an identification system with rewards/penalties for not showing for scheduled events, hack free award, MVP, MVT.
12. Voting panel…Should there be an elected panel of judges to vote for game of the year, MVP, Most improved, Best team, etc..

Good to know. Not entirely sure any of us will be able to make it, but for those of us from other areas could you provide rough directions as to where this is at?

Just for clarification I don't believe Chesty's making this an open event for your whole team to appear at and conjecture about whether or not you may or may not be there is superfluous especially if your not a team leader. Please follow the guidelines in the OP and keep this on topic.

I understood that, but I appreciate the concern. I would not be posting here if I was not a team leader. Apologies for any confusion
