The perfect helmet to use would be an Iraqi Fedayeen helmet , to bad those suckers are hard to come by and they can be pricey when you do find them.

There's probably a big stockpile of 'em somewhere on the market. The ones with holes in them are probably pretty cheap. The ones that have only been dropped once would be a bit more pricey. :D

Yes, one of those would be insanely awesome. Anyone know of ANY place that has them in ANY condition?

I still have a black IP helmet that has a bullet hole in it. It's an old PASGT though.

What about this helmet?

Bulgarian. Still $25 or so, but it's a real one from WW2. I'm trying to cut costs as much as possible because I'm making 20+ troopers here.

That one looks good.
Are you planning on putting together all the Cobra impressions?
I would like to put together my own Cobra impression if you don't mind.

I know that from your posts here you take impressions seriously so I'd let you do your own, but I want uniformity as well.

I think if we can find a cheap way to make COBRA troopers, we can get them all in the same uniform.

That's why I'm getting matching, new, Navy Blue jumpsuits/flight suits. 20+ guys in flight suits that are the exact same color would make for a very awesome game.

Rothco flight suits in Navy Blue. You can find them all over the internet.

Is their room for a Baroness? The lady sitting next to me happens to have a naughty little number that would fit the bill.
Any room for a Fire Fly?

We have room for both! I think Pickles is working on a Fire Fly costume, though. First one to get pics up wins the slot, hehe.

I'm ordering 1 practice set of all the gear for a COBRA trooper first and then seeing if it'll look good with airsoft equipment. Once I find what works I'll post it and start PM'ing people who have shown interest.

Which version of Fire Fly is on the table? Cartoon or the Sideshow Masterpiece edition like the cobra soldier at the beginning of this topic?
I was shooting for the Sideshow version my self but I'm still recouping funds from Xmas. If he gets it before me thats cool. Our plan is to have this up and going before Con in March.
I could have missed this but is it going to be filmed?

Like Joe-Con? Nice. I want to go.

Beachhead for me. :) I know, the actors are Cobra, but if I am going to run this scenario, I'm taking all you Cobra bitches out as Beachhead!
