Navy Seal- MFR dilema?

Discussion of load-bearing equipment, tactical gear, holsters, BDUs, and other gear related to Airsoft.

The "Slick" goes with the 1961's very well.

* Off Subject - I'm a bit unconventional..lol.. so I wear a lot of different configurations to see if they work when air-softing. I've found that the LBT Slick works well even under my S.O. Tech Falcon chest rig and TAG rifleman chest rig. The Slick matches up so well, nobody seems to notice that it's out of place when not wearing NSW stuff..etc.

SEAL Team 10 = multicam (but I don't know how long they wore it or when 10 stopped wearing it)

AOR and multicam is both in use within the teams...you dont need to run an AOR chest rig over an AOR slick - pics of solid color chest rigs exist.

Question; top picture, guy on the left. What's that tan patch-looking thing on his helmet?

It's his rank/name/extra, usually Marines have a big EGA in the center. Either he is trying to keep it on the down-low or possible those aren't Marines.

Catch are you confident those are Marines in the first pic? On the zoomed pic you posted his rank looks VERY much like 2 letters and a number, which would tip off to me he is a Petty Officer in the Navy and a SEAL.

I'm reading it as A POS, meaning his blood type. Could be wrong though

Yep.
MARSOC Marines take a knee in a wheat field in Suji as Afghan National Army Soldiers and Marine Special Operation Command Marines patrol through the village in Farah Prov., Bala Baluk District, Afghanistan, March 29. The coalition forces started the three-day CRP lead by the ANA with a dismounted patrol through Suji, Peyo and Pasaw, an air drop of humanitarian aide supplies for Aka Sadiq and a route recon through the mountainous terrain of eastern Bala Baluk. Lack of EGA on the patch may mean he is a Navy Corpsman attached to the Marines. I think they also wear special Marpat that doesn't include the EGA too.
WALRUS's...cause we're fatter and slower than SEALs!!

You could also do LBT Lowvis chest rig...those things are awesome (I have one) and not too expensive.

That tan patch is his bloodtype, part of his social and probably his callsign.
My sword runs at 450 FPS, try to out run that! 35+ Sword/Knife Kills and counting.

Looks like just his callsign or name, blood type, and allergies...

No need to put your social on your like that...its on your dog tags and a lot of guys write their info on their t shirts and boots as well.

yeah the right side says "NKA" for " No Known Allergies" good catch Dannes

Order the Cammies still have the EGA in the pattern, they often wear a cover without an EGA and have a Corpsman Pin in it's place.

Seems like an easy answer. Judging by the pictures, if you can grow a molestache, the Corps wants YOU. Elsewise, you're "stuck" playing a SEAL.

I may even get my dad to buy this stock for our M1A...

Also, seemingly this guy is a SEAL, not a Ranger...
