I think it should be both. That's how I plan to proceed at my games with it.

Both Prophet and Mossy are exemplary players. Prophet has successfully led the red team at Infidel Bash and Mossy has played next to SOTA at many games and shown great sportsmanship. Plus Prophets sister is hot so he would fall into Matt's qualification bracket
