is this a bio only game? and is woodland close enough to marpat to be on the same team?

Common sense says a game in the woods would be well suited to BIO ammo. It is land that is privately owned so it's in the communities best interest to keep it in good shape. It's up to the organizer as to how teams are broken up, woodland doesn't usually get tied together with Marpat at most games. Catch answered the question about how he will break up camo in a prior post.
