No. School started and people are starting to realise "My future is more important than airsoft."

There's been plenty of skirms lately, you just haven't gone to them. And neither have I, since I've had Science Olympiad and other school things come up.

Airsoft goes in cycles. You'll start noticing this.

Spring hits, everyone gets excited. Airsoft hits full swing in Summer when all the little kids are out, and the numbers at games increase, but the fun factor doesn't change.

During the winter you have the "hard core" players who have the proper gear for the weather, who are willing to play during realistic winter months, and generally take the hobby a bit more seriously or maturely.

Events are fewer this time of year. Pretty common going into the holiday seasons. When I worked retail I would not play airsoft November through January. Some teams go into a winter hiatus. Event planners have lives to tend to.. Just my thought.

I love Airsoft in the winter. It's my favorite time to play.

In the winter we all go to Cabo, there are less people left to play.

High pitched 12 year olds in woodland with a jg g36 thinking they're so cool and judge people by their loadout's will always be less fun.

You're making fun of airsofters younger than you? Really?

So you enjoy those kids? When i was 12 i knew the kids my age were annoying and so i didn't hangout with older kids. These guys don't realize it yet.

It's hunting season. We're busy.

Or, I guess there's that school thing, too. I just spent the last 14 hours grading papers. Whee!

Yes, most airsofters are fair weather players. As a duck hunter, they make me laugh. I wait all year to spend late December in a swamp at 5 AM, standing in crotch deep water, in a driving rain. Best fun outside of sex.
