I like the 40 thieves reference Riddick, seems appropriate. Although I hope im not one of the thieves, things didn't turn out so well for them. I just changed my last two vacation days to get in on this, I hope it turns out as fun as it sounds.

DAMMIT!!!! Yet another game on a week end I work. I'm beginning to wonder if there's a conspiracy at work.

I know the pain Chefzilla, I had to change my last two hard earned vacation days to get in it, because I work weekends and for some reason, most people get the weekends off, go figure.

I'm tentative--that's after duck season starts and if I've got a good hunt to go on, I won't make it. But save me a spot on EDG, please.

Why would you want to hunt ducks? Yeah, they always call their hits, but then they just up and die, the wimps. Why not come out to a place where the ducks shoot back and respawn!!! Much more challenging and entertaining.

LoL, I thought is was on purpose, look up Ali Baba wiki and it will tell you part of the legend of "Ali Baba and the 40 theives". I think the Aladdin story has something to do with it but im not sure, they sound very similar.

Note to new Mehdi:

Get into the Mehdi forums so we can see what you're packing (in those jeans). Also I just got in the 3-hole balaclavas (31... they accidentally gave me an extra one), and we'll be making the yellow headbands with arabic writing on them as well. And since we're doing them in Yellow, you can reuse them for Alex Kaeda's Santagrad game (Grinchullah's Army is Yellow themed!).

We recommend that you come with a balaclava or ski mask (it'll be cold this time of year, so it won't overheat you, all the same, get anti fog wipes at AONW in case):

There is no weapon or camouflage restrictions for the Mehdi.


Actual insurgents use whatever is available. Of course, with the uniform, try to get into character. An M14 works.
