it looks as though they are not doing a chrono and they say it starts at 10:30

I'd say be at the field no later than 9:30 so that you have time to meet people and get all your gear squared away on your persons.

I would plan on a chrono as they have had one on site for all the past smorgasbords

Also, I'm not gonna attend. Screwed up back + family visiting + to much time at the fire station this week = needs more home time.
