Supa snipa, here's some advice.

First off, your name supa snipa is going to get you made fun of. Especially on this forum, or the internet, or wherever nerdy, dry-humored people dwell.

Secondly, you made a team thread in the Northwest of the US when you live in Maryland. You should google local forums as there are guaranteed at least closer airsoft group sites. This is especially for recruitment on teams, unless they're web based. You can surf many airsoft sites if you're looking for info, and this one has a lot of info on guns, upgrades, gear, ETC.

Third, you put no effort into your thread, or your name, or an ability to be cordial with people giving you shit for doing none of the above. If you put your homework in, you'll at least come off as well intentioned but missing the mark. So to everyone here, you look like an ignorant, immature kid who has an attitude problem and a learning disability.

I suggest you get a better callsign, form all of the rules, regulations, uniforms, times of meeting, locations, playing style, etc. for a team, then form a well thought out and detailed recruitment post in the area that you live, and be ready for still not getting accepted as a team leader due to your age and immaturity, though it is not impossible. There are many younger players who don't act their age.

If you need help with any of this, you should look at other team's recruitment threads, other call signs, and other airsofters in your community who have been around longer than you.

That is the only statement made within the context of this thread that has any merit.

The other 95% of the posts show a lack of respect to other communities, players, and new guys. Way to show the love from AP guys. Representing fo' realz......wtf over.
