Well this is interesting to me. What are the goals for this team? Or is it a general rallying call for the Eugene/Springfield area?

well the goals for the team or teams..(depends on how many players show up). not just a rallying call, maybe go to major events(long shot). well thats my goal..but i want the entire team to give ideas on team goals. etc.

So what your looking for is a group of like minded people to come together to lay down the basis of a near future players organization which maybe composed of one or more organizational elements. Is this correct?
If so players in the Eugene/Springfield area may want to have a general meet and great styled event. To discuss the various elements necessary in the creation of a successful organization.

yes that is correct..i want it be sucessful organization.. i do want like minded players to bring there experence to the table. and teach newer players the rules and what not..i would like to have a group thats very unversal that can do cqc and combat.

Considering that I read awhile ago that the last field that we used was lost. That is a lot better that trying to scramble for a place to play.

Im not picky when it come to camo or what not or team name etc... Tring to find a field is a pain the the hide. First and foremost we need to have a safety class, so everyone is one the same page when it comes to safety.

Standard AP safety rules are a great general place to start. I wouldn't be to surprised if a number of the people interested at first will be people who have been active for some time on AP.

thats true. and whats not to say it could snowball from one player to a other

That's is why we would still have a standard team rule concerning safety.

EDIT:We could speed this up a little if you would like. We could use AP chat to do some of the basic things.
