Best GBB 1911 on 200 dollar budget

Discussion of GBB (gas blowback) replicas.

Ah, thanks for the thought, Jew. I forgot about FPS limits (huzzah for 134a). I have a feeling it's probably a combination of both.

I'm guessing you want to find them stateside since you don't plan on getting a spare at the same time? Otherwise, it'll probably be cheaper ordering spare mags along with the gun.

AFIK, the only place to get TM Glock stuff is precision airsoft.

The +2 mags will work with the non custom version, it'll just extend a bit further from the gun (but if you like the look, all the better).

Will work as well. I've heard the chinky mags (the Meister and Army Glocks are based off the TM design, but obviously not made to the same levels of win as their TM counterparts) work just fine in the TM, and can even produce a higher FPS since they have stronger valves in them (the TM ones are meant to handle 134a so they are a bit weaker). If you do go the ACM mag route, remember that they won't has as good of seals than the TM, and the finish won't be as pretty. Also note that the need to be Army or Meister based to work with the TM Glock (KSC/KWA mags will not work in TM guns.)

I am partial to ridiculously oversized pistols that are not Desert Eagles.

Like you before, I was also out in the market for a GBB pistol for my side arm and took me a good two weeks till I finally broke down and got two but kept only one and returned the other.

I bought the WE CQB Master 4.3 hi capacity - perfect weight and perfect price ($100) but I got a lemon. Fires one BB and doesn't recoil back and it has something to do with its piston. Returned it to the retailer and got a store credit.

The second gun that I purchased was the KJW M1911 Tactical - heavy weight and perfect price ($109). Internal parts as well as the external parts are well thought - guide rod is almost mounted to the hop up unit (doesn't allow free movement), almost full metal parts, tactical grip feels good, and it is CO2 ready. I use propane gas coz' it is cheaper and last time it got a 276 FPS chrono for the first 5-7 shots (as gas expels FPS lowers down). Hi cap mag fires about 19-20 BB until all the gas is consumed.

If you're still out in the market for a GBB pistol go with KJW M1911 Tactical but if you've already made up your mind then Good Luck and share your experience with your purchase to the community.

PS
My next pistol will be a KWA Mark 4 - great internal parts, great innovation on the magazine (locks when you load BB).
