I am interested as to what the hit rules are for him?

Anti tank weaponry? Id say you can definitely write some rules into a game and use him as a asset like artillery. It kind of reminds me of a Bradley AFV.
Id say with an indoor game he could be the bunker man similar to the hale and hale tech personal APC.
