I got
a Kershaw from my brother in law, he and about five of his friends swear by them, and this little guy has been a work horse. Its seen just about everything, and its been dropped in just about everything, and it has only a few blemishes. Its got a decent heft, and it held a decent edge for almost two years, I finally had to sharpen it just a few days ago, good as new, and ready for two more years. I carry this thing everywhere, I forget my wallet before I forget this thing.
That and I use a hand made forged steel 5in blade knife for hunting, I found it years ago in the brush way up in the mountains.
I also have a 9" blade knife, it was my brothers, he used it for bear hunting, completely custom made here in Oregon.[/url]
