not only did they replaced the spring free of charge, but they also sharped the knife, cleaned it, lubed it, replaced all the screws, the safety, and the pocket clip. All free of charge.

This is why i only buy Benchmade.
Pocket Knife: Benchmade Griptillial Tanto
Fixed blade: Benchmade river dive knife (excellent work knife as well)
Multitool: Leatherman Wave

I got a Kershaw from my brother in law, he and about five of his friends swear by them, and this little guy has been a work horse. Its seen just about everything, and its been dropped in just about everything, and it has only a few blemishes. Its got a decent heft, and it held a decent edge for almost two years, I finally had to sharpen it just a few days ago, good as new, and ready for two more years. I carry this thing everywhere, I forget my wallet before I forget this thing.
That and I use a hand made forged steel 5in blade knife for hunting, I found it years ago in the brush way up in the mountains.
I also have a 9" blade knife, it was my brothers, he used it for bear hunting, completely custom made here in Oregon.[/url]

EDIT: Nevermind.
The King Of al-Talk. Hey, at least I'm not a troll.

My dog wouldn't know what to do with a duck if she caught it, but she's cute. And hates Mexicans. +1!
