JG M4 FRONT END WTF??

I think I want to change this if I can. I just asked if it was a home made mod or authentic. Anyone have an idea what it is and if I can change to normal M4A1 handguards?

Looks like a shitty homebrew free-floating AR handguard. Should be replaceable with any off-the-shelf M4 RIS.

Okay, he send he'd send a delta ring, so I'll just add the plastic hanguards from my G&G and use the extra cap to hold them in place? Is a buffer tube required for them or just recommended? I don't know if it is in there and if he is sending one or not either.

Claims it is not a "homemade one" but bought off of Montana airsoft or something.
