Why don't you not have a gun that a child is able to get. Why do you even need a gun in your house, unless you go hunting (and if you do you should buy a gun safe if you have children) you don't really need a gun. It is proven that when a person who owns a gun, and their being robbed or something like that, the gun is actually taken and used against them.
