what effect will happen to my gun if i start using .2 gram apposed to .12g.

dont use .12s ever. unless its a walmart shit gun or in some bb spray homemade somethin or nother. .2 and heavier should be the only thing used in higher end guns

i use .20 or .25 for my weapons...i use .12 for my cheap a$$ springer
Its suppost to hurt it is called a a$$ kicking!!!

Depends on your gun.

Like people have said, if you've got a a cheap spring gun or a walmart special, you can use .12s in it.

But if you've got an airsoft gun that even approaches any level of quality you do not want to use .12s

As far as the effect of heavier BBs, you get less muzzle velocity but more accuracy.
When brute force doesn't solve your problems, you aren't using enough

Looks like somebody has been using Wal-Mart guns. Oh Snap! Comparatively, .2 gram BB's will yield better accuracy over .12 gram BB's. However, .2 gram BB's will have a lower fps than .12 gram BB's. Remember that I'm comparing the BB's and not the actual godforsaken Wal-Mart gun that this child may have.

On a more serious note, your gun will jizz itself.

No not wal-mart guns, they are a bit shity but .12s where the only ammo i could find since my parents don't want to drive for an hour looking for BBs anyone have a good place in portland to go to?

big5 has good bbs. kinda spendy, but theyre good in a pinch.

airsplat sucks, also go to evike or airsoftgi for the bb's get .2s or .23s. You can buy 10000 .23s for 25 bucks. Biodegradable also.
