Ten servings are taken, salmon is closed unless someone drops the plate....

I'll drop mine down to one salmon serving. I'll try to bring a rabbit or a goat or something to eat.

If you're going to go to war against a major enemy, go; knock the hell out of him fast, and go in there to kill him and get it over with.

Step 1: marinate the meat with special sauce.

The price of each lensatic compass will be $15, with a portion of sales going to PLA's fund for the field. I will have 10 available this training event, and if that goes well, more at the next land navigation event. The lensatic compasses are floating dial with a metal case and glow in the dark markings. From what I have read these are very nice compasses, Eddie bauer has similar product made from plastic at $30 and silva compasses are in a similar price range, so you can save a buck and help out the event coordinators at the same time :).

Is there a reason for dropping?

On the off-chance that i am able to make it out there, is there a good spot to camp at the field?

(I've never played at this field before.)

Nah, just don't want to hog all the salmon. I heard it was delicious, and Pickle's skills are precious.

Also, in the Army, leadership has to eat after the soldiers. Bump me if you have any others who want it. Either way, I'm just glad to finally get back out in the woods. I don't think I'm ready to play yet, but Training Day's I can still instruct, help, coach or just wander around smelling tree sap.

Good times, then keep me at two servings.

Also, original post updated with a more concise OPORD and it's been shortened to one fun filled day. If there are people who want, we can set up a skirmish on Saturday as well, since we'll be camping Saturday night.

Sorry, I was a little busy with some Army and School stuff, so I didn't read it correctly. We're doing Day 1 from 1000 hours training and then a skirmish to practice what we've learned for those wishing to, then night shenanigans.

Day 2 will be the battle focused training covering land navigation, communication and radios and other skills.
