Wow, great game guys. SOTA always seems to know how to make the best ones.

Excellent field, plenty of admins, free lunch... what more could you ask for?
I really liked that you could lose your respawn but go get another one, thats something we dont see in airsoft very often and you guys made it work.

BZ corp kicked a$$, was fun running with everyone on our side. And thanks to the US and the Hopeful for bringing their game.

I also liked the fact you in the field dead or alive. If you were respawned and trying to reload your mags you better get cover. Several were shot while mags were being loaded

Another great AP community game with superior sportsmanship, and great adversaries. Thanks to SoTA for running a really good game.

I really enjoyed the rule set with being able to take over other places to spawn. Although there were some mix ups with who was dead/alive a few times. Keeping your dead rag on till your alive would help with that. Or moving the spawn a little further away from the objectives might help a bit also. But otherwise, I really liked that aspect of it. Running different objectives for each team also made for a very fluid game at times. Fun stuff, I'm looking forward to the next one. Too bad Ash only has one B-day a year eh?

Yeah I actually had a very funny moment when that happend to me, I saw the other team approaching while I was reloading, I only had my pistol on me at the time, I had to hit the deck and roll around until I eventually got shot in the foot. :p

I'm sure other members of SOTA have birthdays, so there are plenty of other excuses for them to hold more games :)

That's not true. All the other members were built in some mad scientist's lab out of MultiCam® and Picitanny rails. ;)

I eagerly await the next SOTA-hosted game. :D

Helluva game

Postby book42 » Tue Apr 13, 2010 2:33 pm

I search for two things when I'm playing airsoft: one- have fun, and two- one, good kill. Both of these were achieved at Ash Bash 3. Great, great fun.

U.S.- I didn't see you all day, but I felt the sting of your adroitly placed air strike... OUCH!

BZ Corp.- tenacious would be the word I use to describe you.

And finally, my team -- "the Hopefuls". At the end of round one I was calling us "the Hopeless Hopefuls", and by the end of round two we were a goddamn force to be reckoned with. Fine leadership Mini Marine, fun game... good day. I can't believe we were dead last in round 1, then came back strong and hard enough to almost win the damn thing. But that's airsoft for ya'.

Well done all. And many thanks S.O.T.A.

Sincerely,

Kevin: a.k.a.- Book

One Black plastic ak mag

One TM G36 mag
