KWA guns are much easier to find in North America. They lack trademarks but they have a more realistic construction, featuring more metal parts. KSC is for Japan, hence the lack of metal and realistic trademarks on some models.

I believe you mean KSC. The acronyms are close, but are quite different.

KSC has both Taiwan & Japan versions, the taiwan version is a bit greenish on the plastic parts (pistol grip & lower), and about $30 cheaper than the Japan version.
The KSC Glocks(Taiwan metal slide) don't have real trades in these days, they just have a big G on the slide and painted white, indeed, they are still good guns.
TM G17 isn't bad, they are still easy to find.
I bought my KWA G19 used from here, then replaced the slide with a PGC, no shavings, fits right on! but the sights are a bit hard to work on..little trimming with super glue.
Great service gun tho! very little gas consumption, simple take down & clean, not bad accuracy :)

Re the trades thing.....apparently Glock is kind of touchy about trade mark infringement so some companies, particularly the ones that sell in the good ol USA left off the trades to avoid the issue. Re finding one.....keep looking and watching the various sites.......they will turn up.

There goes KSC having trademarks. Finding a Trade marked glock is getting pretty damn tough.

I would avoid the chinese copies. A KSC from overseas would be a better choice.

However, I have been told that airsplat.com still has KSC/KWA Glocks in stock, so that would be your best bet.
