Cops+Airsoft=GFTO Cops...

If you walk into an area with everyone holding and aiming assault rifles but hear no booms and bangs, obviously it's not a real gun. You'd also hear screaming, shouting, etc. If anyone's truly dumb enough to think that an airsoft war=real combat weapons, well... I have no respect for them. Besides the fact that there'd be some pretty big duh factors going on. Lastly, for those who get caught on private property or even public property with people around, what do you expect? The average person is terrified, I mean just absolutely TERRIFIED of guns. To most people, cops=safety.(BS in my opinion by the way)

Malik, if you knew that people were going to yell at you for your statement, why did you make it? By doing so, you revealed how ignorant you really are. You're 17 years old and have no idea what it's like to be an officer. Think of a counter-argument? To what? Agreeing that police don't do anything? Your ignorance is appalling to me. And even though you are so ignorant, if you need help someday, the police will still be there for you, irregardless of what you've said about them in the past.

Before you open your mouth again, I suggest you do some research to back up your retarded statements. The police do a lot more than what you think they do. You have no idea what it's like to be a police officer in this day and age. Officers are getting ambushed left and right. I've said it in my other posts, it's getting more and more difficult for us to determine what's real and what isn't from a distance. I've come across real handguns and rifles painted to look like toys, orange tips and all.

Seeing someone carrying a rifle out in public will set any LEO on guard. They don't know if it's a replica or not. They don't know what the intent of those individuals are. If everyone complies with an officer's lawful commands, everything should turn out fine. Action is faster than reaction. If I ever meet you at a game, we'll have a demonstration. I'll let you point an airsoft pistol at me, finger on trigger. I will have my hands in the air with a pistol. I guarantee that 75% of the time I will shoot you first. No matter how fast anyone thinks they are, action is always faster than reaction. A police officer's main goal is to go home safe and they will take action if their commands are not complied with.

Remember it's not LEOs calling these things in, it's the un-educated public. A majority of the public are just starting to learn about 'paintball' and most have no idea what 'airsoft' is. It's up to us to educate people and put airsoft into a positive light. I take the meaning from your post as, 'Well if they don't know what airsoft is, then f**k em'. If that's the case, you are not a contributing member to our group at all.
