Event Canceled until Summer time.

It can. There are some of us out there that try not to double book 2 events on the same weekend.

Same here, I try not to book on the same weekend as another event for 2 reasons. #1 I don't want to take players away from another promoter. #2 I dont want another promoter taking players away from my event.

My misunderstanding...I've always thought that "double booking" refer d to booking multiple events at the same venue on the same date. Now I understand.
