AEG converted to GBB?????

Postby D1CK ROLL » Tue Mar 16, 2010 7:37 pm

I got two questions 1. do you think you could add GBB M4 parts into an M4 variant AEG? and 2. If i were to get a GBB M4, cause the first question didnt work, could i possibly put the 416 front assembly on it?

thanks for the help/guessing

The Issues that you will run in to are:
the madbull 470 gas gearbox has very little parts support AND
the mk416 rail is taller than a m4 body, you will need to mate a mk416 body with the rail

You will spend much much more trying to convert something than just buying a GBB M4 in the first place.

That said, if you've got $300-$500 you want to sink into buying an AEG as well as gas blowback internal parts, plus a lot of time for custom work, go ahead. It might be doable, but it's very far from practical.
