Question SAWS are US weapons right? So, El Douchebag’s Narco-Guerillas are not allowed to use M249's, right?

Yes RPK's are SAWs in their basic meaning. No, M249 is a US Weapon. MilSim, guys. I'm lovin it!

To give a clarification. Yes, a RPK is considered a SAW. As would a Browning Automatic Rifle, MG34 or MG42 or similar weapon. We're okay with people using hicaps/drums on "Squad Automatic" type weapons. We're not okay with people using hicaps/drums on an M4 or AK47.

the M249 and M60 are US Force specific weapons. As are the M4/M16 and M14. We could get more specific, and say "XM177, M16A1, HK416", instead we're grouping all those particular weapons in under the M4/M16 heading.

The "other" type weapons are for the Narco-Guerrillas. AK, RPK, MP40, M1 thompson, G36, P90, MP5, SA80, G3, FAL, etc.
