There are plenty of people who play airsoft who also get paid to play army, so you're far from the only one.

I got your joke about punkbuster, it just wasn't all that funny. Not a big deal, sometimes a joke just doesn't go over very well.

We often call people who cheat hackers, yes they aren't ACTUALLY hacking anything, but it has become part of the lexicon and that's that.

Do you also complain when someone who isn't legally a midget gets called a midget? Do you complain when someone who isn't actually mentally handicapped gets called retarded? Do you complain when someone gets called a douche even though they aren't actually a device used to put a stream of water into a human body for medical or hygienic purposes? I would guess not.

If someone is clearly not playing by the rules (hacking, cheating, being a squish mitten nugget, etc) they deserve to be called out on it.

If someone openly admits to only calling hits if they fell them, then it is obvious they don't care about playing by the rules.

Usually I don't feel the hits I take, but I can sure as hell hear them and it is pretty obvious.

I agree with the general community on this one: get his attention, call him out, get him to change his bleeding behavior. Fighting has no place in Airsoft, unless it's an Airsoft MMA competition. Which would be....amazing?

And the mods on that site need to be PM'd in this situation. Get the authority in on it.

It's the fact that he reacted violently to someone dressed in orange(clearly some sort of admin-ish power, they aren't in play) telling him they saw him get hit.

I know I wear a plate carrier and sometimes have real ESAPI plates inside (I look at Airsoft as a fun way to train, and part of training is to train as you would fight.....and part of that is weight), I don't feel the hits, but sometimes I will hear the BBs hitting and call myself as being hit. I was always told its always bad form to call your hit.

It like playing with MILEs gear. Unless you can completely take the time to script OPFOR/BLUEFOR, its not going to change anytime soon.

Moral to the story is maybe have some sort of Observer/Controller out there.

Yeah I have to re read the first post, but He said he was helping film, not an actual admin. Unless I missed something...Filming and Admining are 2 different events all together. Staring at the world through a view finder versus watching the playing field and passing guidance and judgement calls is another story entirely
