NOTE:
- -This is open to everyone
-We will be camping in between the two training events. Get some!
-This is a free event
-Everyone is welcome. If you have never played airsoft, this is a great way to meet people, and there will be plenty of other new people there. Just show up and say hi to whoever is next to you
-JuiceMachine may make you uncomfortable with his form of affection
-Day 1 is basic stuff, which is good for both the veteran and the new player. Infantry skills are perishable, and the more you practice them, the better you'll become.
-If you can't make day 1, at 1700 on day 1 we'll have individual instruction for those who came late to catch up on individual skills so they're able to perform on day 2.
NOTE FOR TEAMS:
- Day two of this event we'll be doing team level training. The optimal choice for this training is to show up with your organic fire team of 3-5 soldiers. Team Leaders are recommended to carry a radio of some sort. Team Leaders will be doing a lot of aggressive yelling and hands-on control of teams
NOTE FOR INDIVIDUALS:
- Day one is individual skills, and you'll have no problem fitting in with everyone else. Day two you'll be placed within other groups that need slots filled to make the 3-5 mark. Both days will be good training for you, and recommended by Grampa PLA for attendance.
DEDICATED OPFOR ADDED:
- The Fragistan Commando's, Oregon's premiere OPFOR group, will be in attendance as OPFOR for Sunday's team level training. This training will be done at a walk through, then at a crawl with limited OPFOR, then at full speed against a fully capable and very cohesive enemy force. Using US Army doctrine, you should not assault an enemy unless you have 3:1 odds, so you'll have a numerical superiority, but the FC are seasoned enemy and you'll have to earn it. Good luck!
DAY 1 SKILLS TEST:
- On Saturday, we will be working on the individual skills. Learning how to use your gear and weapon, how to reload, how to shoot accurately, and how to move towards your objective or enemy. At the end of the day, we'll be having everyone run through a skills assessment, that will be timed and graded on accuracy.

PARKING:
- As you go down Lorence Rd NE, you'll see a house on your left. This is his house. When you go up his house, to the left of his driveway you can park. Also, there are some buildings before you reach his house on the left. Those too, you can park near and around:

CAMPING:
- We will all park at his house, then those who have 4-wheel-drive will drive out to the starting point, which is near the KD range (KD = Known Distance). The camping will be out in that area as well, and we'll be having the bonfire slightly south of that, in the open field area. SHENANIGANS!
