Then yes. If you plan on using a DM rifle, they will be marked as such at registration and will be tested during chrono to ensure the semi-auto-only function is a physical modification.

Thank you for noticing! I'm glad someone did. The photo was from images.google, but I did some modification to the color/contrast/exposure to get the eerie look I wanted.
