They kept the sides that way just to keep the numbers even for that game. I'm fine with it that way, but if it's still cold in March it'll be hard for the Green based teams to discern who is friend and foe when a person is kneeling and wearing OD from the waist up.
Understandable. Hopefully weather conditions will be improved and the soft shell issue will be a non-issue. We'll have to see. When the weather is nasty, it gets hard to regulate when people start throwing on jackets of different colors.
Aside from that, the SF teams can load out with whatever they want. That means they could dress like indigenous personnel just to blend in. It's going to be hard to tell who's friend or foe out there, either way you look at it.
