VFC SCARhop-up

Postby HKspecter-A2 » Fri Jan 01, 2010 9:43 pm

So I was wondering if anyone here has (tried) to modify a normal V2, or any other metal aftermarket, hop-up to fit inside the VFC SCAR?

M4 chambers would get in the way of dis-assembly, I think.

Yeah, buy an Element one or any of the plastic two piece ones and chop away. Shouldn't be too hard.

yea, well see. One more quick question about the VFC SCAR-L, does i accept most TM compatible magazines. I have a ton of G&P mags and I can't remember if they fit or not

You'd have to mod the new hop-up to work with how the SCAR-L takes down. Since its designed to be taken down like the real thing, you can't really use a normal split/1 piece hop up.

And yes, the L takes normal mags(TM compatible). The VFC SCAR-H uses propriety mags.
