In all seriousness, I'll try to make it out, as these are always fun (and I need the training), but it being on a Sunday will make it a little hard. I'll know in the near future.

I hate to do this but I am going to have to back out of this training event. The autumn/winter weather is punishing my leg and back and yesterday's training just about crippled me. Until I sort that out I'll have to take it easy.
