Kabila has 2,875 pts
Bemba has 3,350 pts
US Forces has 3,800 pts

Based upon points:
Kabila will have first pick
Bemba will have second pick
US Forces will have 3rd pick

Base Choices:
Castle
Somalia City
Hobo Village

Round 1
1st pick Kabila Base Somalia City
2nd pick Bemba Base Castle
3rd pick US Forces Base Hobo Village

Round 2
1st pick Bemba Base Somalia City
2nd pick US Forces Base Castle
3rd pick Kabila Base Hobo Village

Round 3
1st pick US Forces Base Somalia City
2nd pick Kabila Base Castle
3rd pick Bemba Base Hobo Village

Only warlords can choose however if they do not pick within the alloted time (each pick has up to 24 hours from the time of the previous selection but beginning at noon on 10-5-09 for 1st pick round 1) I will randomly pick someone from the faction to represent in this draft.

this is where the warlords pick where they want to start at during the rounds based from scores of the previous event.

We do this now instead of then for better planning and strategy

She has less than 2.25 hrs to notify me of her intent.

booyah. Why cant they just pm you saying 1st pick, 2nd pick, 3rd pick in their preference. Even if they're last you give them which one is available in that order of preference.

they could do that. but I am having trouble just getting the interaction with this alone. I thought it might be a concept that would be cool obviously I fail.

I will be asking terror management to make the choice if the bemba warlord does not.
