how are you controling ammo limits? pre counted bags?

i have a custom made loading tube for 35 rounds - 5 rounds dont even get shot due to the distance from mag to nozzle. do these count as my 500?? if i prove to you that five of them will not shoot can i get a clearance?

Team leaders are controlling that. Also, I expect you all to be big boys and girls who know how to follow the rules in a game of honor (especially one that doesn't have a winner or loser).
