A couple of questions:
First, what's a pork pullboy? I've heard of pulled pork and po'boy but not pullboy.
Second, my pulled pork takes 12 hours in my Big Green Egg at 275 Fahrenheit. How are you going to have time to cook it? Unless you're going to par cook it and heat it up.
Finally, My Dear God man! Why ruin perfectly good pork with an overly sweet, overly thick processed BBQ sauce. Any decent smoke master knows pulled pork should be served with a vinegar sauce. One of the few things North Carolina and South Carolina can agree on with BBQ.![]()
